Language School Example:

If a teacher for a language school is sick and cannot make it to a lesson, the language school must find a substitute teacher.

Normally this means that the school administrator or another person responsible must call through a list of possible substitutes. It can take quite a while until a substitute teacher is found.

Instead, with Messagenie the administrator can send an SMS to all possible substitute teachers, have a quick response from the first available teacher and automatically inform others that the job has been taken.

Here is how it works:

The administrator can have the list of possible substitutes teachers ready in Messagenie. The administrator can then send a message to all possible substitute teachers asking to respond to the message with the keyword "yes" if they are available to take the job.

The first substitute candidate to respond with a "yes" will receive an automatic confirmation that s/he has the job. The remaining members of the mailing list will then receive an automatic message saying that the opportunity has passed.

This complete process can be handled within minutes and saves a lot of time and effort in comparison to calling each candidate separately until confirming an available substitute.

Support Technicians Example:

If you are running a business where you have a team of support engineers out in the field providing customer support, Messagenie FIFO plugin can really help you in coordinating support efforts.

Much the same way as a language school administrator, you can send support request text messages to your team out in the field. Once one of the team members confirms that s/he is on the case via SMS, all other team members get a confirmation that the problem is being taken care of. Ultimately, all you have to do is send that one message to your team with the details and Messagenie FIFO plugin takes care of the rest.

When activated, the School Contacts plugin adds a number of new data entry fields to the default contact manager of Messagenie.
