What is Messagenie G20?
Messagenie G20 is a compact powerful and low cost solution that allows management of a large volume of SMS messages.
It enables you to send, receive and organize SMS messages as well as managing your contacts through an easy-to-use Web based user interface that can be accessed through any web browser.

Do you provide fully custom solutions? / Can the user interface be customized to my specific needs?
Yes. The user interface can be customized to your specific needs and we can do this for you upon request for an additional fee. We also provide API to allow application development for Messagenie on your own.
We also have available plugins for Messagenie G20 for specific applications, which may already be addressing your customization needs. We can also create custom plugins for you upon request. If you have any suggestions of specific requirements for custom plugins please feel free to contact us.
Where can I buy Messagenie?
Currently Messagenie is available for purchase at Tigal’s webshop here. We also have local distributors for the product line. If you are interested in becoming a distributor of Messagenie, please feel free to contact us.
Do I need an internet connection or a LAN connection to use Messagenie?
No. It is not necessary to have an internet connection or a LAN connection to use Messagenie. The unit includes a GSM/GPRS modem and can be used by plugging it directly into your computer’s network port. Please refer to the user manual for instructions on how to connect Messagenie G20 directly to your computer.
Please note that the periodic software updates and plugin upgrades and updates are executed online, so we recommend connecting your Messagenie G20 unit to an internet connection to check for updates every now and then. Also, all purchases for plugins are managed directly from the Messagenie G20 user interface and downloaded online.
How do I update/upgrade my Messagenie software?
The Messagenie software is updated online. When a new version is released, you will be notified of this release and provided with instructions on how to update the product. All plugins are purchased and updated over an internet connection. Please note that all plugins include lifetime updates. Whenever a new and updated version of a plugin is available, you will be notified through the plugins menu in the Messagenie G20 user interface.
How many Messages can the default memory card hold?
The default 2GB SD Memory card can hold up to 4 million SMS messages. Messagenie G20 also includes two USB ports to store messages on an external USB memory stick or USB hard drive.
